£60,000 DOE + Benefits
Full-time / Permanent
Southampton, Hampshire
Monday to Friday (minimum 4 days onsite)

 

My client is one of the oldest occupational health providers in the UK. They are a well-established, nurse-led team with almost 30 years of experience delivering exceptional services to a diverse client base. Our client pride themselves on a family-feel culture, an open-door management approach, and long-standing relationships with clients spanning over two decades.

As an Occupational Health Manager, you will be a key player in leading and developing their existing team of Occupational Health Technicians, Occupational Health Nurses and Occupational Health Advisors.

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified in Occupational Health
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Passion for mentoring and training OHNs through their qualifications
  • Commercial awareness with a strong customer focus
  • A proactive, personable, and supportive approach

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 12
  • Provide mentorship, training and clinical support
  • Oversee appraisals, sickness management, and performance reviews
  • Reestablish weekly clinical meetings
  • Attend management meetings and customer reviews
